Anna Tarasenko

Advisor

Anna Tarasenko is a psychologist, and doctoral researcher at Queen Mary University of London, specialising in implementation research and community-based mental health support in conflict-affected settings. Her doctoral research focuses on embedding peer support within community mobile mental health teams in Ukraine. She brings extensive experience across research, programme delivery, and service leadership, including work with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, where she has led training, implementation, partnership-building, and evaluation of family and parenting interventions in Ukraine. Anna has also held leadership roles in trauma-informed residential care and previously led research and innovation projects in neurotechnology as Chief Neuroscientist at BrainPatch. Her expertise includes implementation research, community-based MHPSS programming in Ukraine, peer support models, training and supervision, and cross-sector partnership development.
