Who we are?
We are a non-profit organisation, ASBL (Association Sans But Lucratif), registered in Luxembourg (Registration N F14817), with the aim of raising awareness about mental health worldwide, conducting research on global mental health, providing education and training, supporting governments and organisations in enhancing comprehensive approach to mental health, promoting culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health practices and advocating the involvement of people with lived experience.
Our values
We are committed to human rights-based, co-creation, psychosocial, recovery-oriented, and community-based approaches to mental health and other approaches that promote people`s dignity.
Mental Health Open
We established the new journal Mental Health Open, which follows the Open Access and Open Peer Review policies. This journal opens the fast and fair publishing route for researchers and practitioners worldwide and adheres to the highest quality standards.
Training
We are providers of continuous professionals development, approved by the Le Ministre de l’Éducation nationale, de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse of Luxembourg (Order from 12 March 2025). Our training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of mental health professionals, empowering them to deliver quality care. We prioritize a comprehensive approach to mental health, ensuring the highest standards.
Research
We engage in research projects aimed at advancing the field of mental health. Our research initiatives focus on promoting evidence-based practices and improving mental health outcomes globally.
Mental health policy/system
We support countries, communities and organisations in the development and implementation of mental health policy and improvements of their mental health systems
Developmental Projects
We are involved in the implementation of developmental projects in different countries, supporting their mental health systems and helping to integrate best practices, community-based services and better mental health policies
